Five treatment variations of Bacillus thuringiensis ('BT'), Thuricide 16B, Thuricide 32B, and Dipel 32B were tested operationally against The Spruce Budworm, Choristoneura fumiferana in, Maine in 1979. The present paper reports the efficacy of these 'BT' formulations in reducing spruce budworm populations and providing foliage protection.
