This bulletin presents data for up to 31 recent years, where available, for all National Weather Service official precipitation observing stations (N=71) in Maine. The data end with 1971 for active stations and at various times for stations now closed. This bulletin presents not only the basic precipitation record, but also a statistical analysis of the record showing probabilities of receiving various amounts of precipitation each month.
