This paper illustrates the collaborative process of creating a land literacy program so that it may be replicated or re-used. It is my hope that it will be useful to individuals interested in translating forestry concepts into practical, in-the-classroom and outdoor lessons for students, with the overall goal of developing landscape literacy in our youth.
