Following is a proposal for a project which will require the cooperative efforts of private, State and federal personnel and funding. Basic applied work tasks and some research effort will be required for the project's completion. It is proposed that the School of Forest Resources, UMO Cooperative Forestry Research Unit act as a coordination and managerial agent for the applied tasks and that its personnel undertake the required research effort.
