I enclose report of your Forest Management Committee meeting of Friday, February 9. Then you read it you will see that forest the the first step to be undertaken is the construction of a forest type map of the state. Will you therefore please send me, if you have not already done so, copies or originals of all of your forest type maps, labeling them with your name and with the statement on each as to whether it is to be returned to your office or not after it has been reduced in scale to go onto the state coverage map.
