Group of maps showing the fluctuations in spruce budworm populations in the northeastern United States and the Adjacent provinces of Canada since 1945. This group of maps is a complement to the report and map covering the spruce budworm surveys in Maine in 1948, prepared by H.B. Peirson and H.J. MacAloney. In as much as the population levels in the remainder of the Northeastern States were very low, a detailed statement to accompany this group of maps was considered unnecessary.
