You'd have to see it to believe what they are doing to trees in the Maine wilderness these days. "They" are researchers from the University of Maine at 0ronors School of Forest Resources and Life Sciences and Agriculture Experiment Station who are planting, thinning, pruning, measuring, and fertilizing trees for data that will provide the basis for sound forest management practices in the future.
